This page explains how TALYSCENA's record features handle information.

Information stored in your browser

Record names, settings, quantities, units, operation history, correction reasons, names or nicknames you enter, identifying IDs and record times are stored in your current browser. Do not enter sensitive information or personal information unnecessary for your records.

There are no accounts, server databases for your records or cloud synchronization. The recording features do not automatically send entered records to a server. Loading pages and scripts requires communication with the hosting provider, which may involve information such as your IP address and browser details.

Backup & Restore

You can export JSON backups and restore them after preview and confirmation. Files may contain exported records, history and names in plain text. Anyone with the file can read its contents. Check recipients and store files carefully. The app does not add encryption to local records or JSON backups.

Restoring or archiving the workspace keeps one generation of the previous workspace as a before-restore snapshot. The next restore or archive replaces it, so keep long-term records in separate backup files too. Copies made before the first use of features that upgrade storage are kept in the same browser.

Reports, copying and printing

Exporting reports, copying to the clipboard and printing occur at your request. Custom names are excluded by default and may be included if you allow them. Files, clipboard contents, printouts and PDFs retain the selected information. Check destinations and contents before sharing. Read-only reports are not restorable backups.

Retention and deletion

Records remain in this browser until you clear site data or the browser removes storage. Storage cleanup, low space, private browsing, or changes to your device, browser or profile may prevent retention. Even on the same device, a different domain, protocol or port may use separate storage. There is no account or automatic transfer to another device.

Deleting site data also deletes safety snapshots and pre-upgrade copies from that storage; the app cannot recover them. Export needed JSON backups before clearing data or changing environments. Deleting site data does not remove external files, clipboard contents or printouts. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to read your records, especially on shared devices.

Advertising and third-party scripts

This version does not include AdSense, advertising tags or third-party analytics scripts. The counting features do not set advertising cookies. Page and asset requests still reach the hosting and delivery providers as described above.

If advertising or other third-party features are introduced, this policy and any required consent arrangements must be reviewed for the actual services and audience before they are enabled.
