These terms explain TALYSCENA's features, limitations and handling of records.

Available features

Use 12 scenes and 12 tools to record and summarize quantities, rates and progress. There are no accounts, cloud synchronization, record databases on a server, automatic device synchronization or live online collaboration. Check each tool's quantity, unit and denominator definitions.

Records and corrections

Calculations follow saved operation sequence. You can undo the latest effective operation in the current record; the undo event remains in history. Exits cannot exceed current attendance. Moving boxes progress from Packed to Moved to Unpacked. The total box count changes only when boxes are added or their addition is undone.

Saving and backups

Records are stored in the current browser. Browser settings or behavior, storage cleanup, and changes to your device or site address can make previous records inaccessible. Do not rely on local records as your only copy. Keep separate JSON backups of records you need.

A workspace restore replaces the current workspace. A single-record restore creates an independent copy. Read the preview and confirmation before proceeding. The safety snapshot keeps one generation and is replaced by the next restore or workspace archive. Corrupt files and unsupported formats are rejected.

Checking inputs and sharing

Check your inputs, quantities, units and results. Backups and reports may contain names you entered. Check where you save or share them and respect other people's personal information. Copying, printing and saving PDFs can leave information outside the browser.

Uses and limitations

These tools support everyday recording and calculations. For consequential decisions, such as venue safety or financial matters, the responsible person should verify results independently. Follow the actual behavior and input rules described by each tool.
